This is a commission for
for pages of a fan comic called Kingdom Bleach and correct me if I am wrong Mobis-New-Nest. 
It's a reenactment of the Tifa vs. Loz fight in the church in FF7 Advent Children, except replaced with Rinoa and the plot is different too.

this looks a lot like the fight in the church form Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, still this is pretty awesome
